Stuey Lewie, don't change, we love you for who you are! So does that nice man in the white van with the terribly nice jacket with fetching straps! Nice to see Dragon back! YEEE HAAA RC is back on line! What made me smile today, was thinking about Matlock Bath meet, how lovely the people are on BM and having a smashing day out in Sheffield today.

Because for once I have managed to actually tick of some of the jobs I wrote on my "to do" list today. although I am putting off one of them and have been for to many weeks now which is mad especially as it will mean my bike accident claim getting nearer being settled after 3 years if I do the paperwork. Smiling because although the guy that was out riding with me when I came off my bike has let me down big time over this paperwork, even though he insisted on coming to the last consultation with consultant. I have Realised that I CAN and WILL do it myself.

Smiling because I have just tried to make a phone call using the TV remote and couldn't work out while I wasn't getting a dialing tone. Is there any help for me, gosh new technology, bring back my youth when you got up off you bum to change channels and telephone calls were made via cocoa tins and string.

Of course it was TM I would have known if it had been anything else the nobbley bits would have given it away. (ok calm down I meant if it had been my hairbrush or toothbrush) I am on a high and smiling big time now I have ticked off all the jobs on my to do list including my Accident medical report corrections. It's amazing what you realise you can't do normally anymore once you have to make a list but even more satisfying realsing you have found other ways to do most things. Even smiling after typing it all out and realising I don't have any ink to print it and send it, just knowing its finally done is good enough for me.

It is always such a relief to get to the end of something that drags out forever! Took me nearly 8yrs to take Dr Holton to court and we still lost, all us parents who had children misdiagnosed as being epileptic, but I feel that we tried hard to succeed...still cannot get him struck off though...lots of trips to the GMC and no sign of him being struck off, despite him misdiagnosing nearly 900 children!!! What made me smile today, having nice friends from BM! and most of all having a special man in my life from BM ask me out again on Friday! I am very lucky indeed!
