Wow Wills does that mean there is hope for me after all, so glad the £2 for that dress doesn't sound wasted. The site is running slow today, it's great gives me chance to read everything twice which I need to do so often these days.

Not so much a smile as a HALLELUJAH! and then a YEE HAH!! and then a little WOO HOOO!!! Months after it packed up,seemingly terminally, I've managed to resey the ABS 'brain' on the BMW. It went back in the summer, and it's an MoT failure. Resetting the ABS is usually a 30-second job, the little ^&%$^%** just would not reset. MoT time came and went, and i started riding the bike with a permanent furtive eye for the law. Decided to have one final go at it today before ripping the whole ABS system out (as replacement 'brains' are £900 a time. Plus VAT, ie as much as the bike's worth). Rememberred that they can play up if the battery's less than perfect. Check the termainals - and both screws on the battery leads were only finger-tight! Clamp everything up tight, give the battery a charge for good luck, and bingo!! One ABS unit working as it should. MoT booked for tomorrow. I always tell people to check the bleeding obvious before delving into the high-tech stuff, and here's me not following my own advice. Dohhhh. Yet it started every time..

Sorry your feeling down today lula, big hug for you xxx I'm a happy squirrel today !!!! On my way to my mates at Patrington yesterday, my eyes spotted an old style leather biker jacket in the charity shop, whilst I was going past on the bus - was still there this morning when it opened - was my size and a snip at a fiver !!! Think my lucks changing !

Yes B66, I was well chuffed, was one of the old Wolf one's with the red lining, no good for a bike but great for the odd night or day out

Still not feeling very well, getting out of bed to go downstairs to feed my daughters cat to stop him scratching my bedroom door, feed him came back to bed and when my daughter got home told her I had fed him as she was about to give him more, she said but mom there isn't any cat food, turned out I had fed him the dog food left here by my other daughter Friday, now just hoping I haven't made him ill.

Hearing that Lula is feeling much better...glad to hear that mate! Hope you are feeling better soon Dips... love it about feeding cat the dog food...don't think it will do it any harm! Surprised the cat ate it! Normally they are really fussy...my cats never ate my dogs food, but the dogs would eat anything! Getting really great emails that make me laugh!

Thats fantastic to read Witchiest well done. BC last time I fed Dog food to the wrong pet was when I fed it to my ex hubby, I got fed up of him moaning about meals that I made him a pie with the dogs food, never told him to this day but do smile to my self knowing that he left me for a bitch.
