As pep talks go, that was a great one - so thank you davidneale, There isn't much you can do about getting older, but i'm sure that having a young outlook on life helps.

Went over to the Manor cafe for their Bennetts Live event, picked up my free goodie bag, had a good letch at the Bennetts Girls and then over to Tan Hill to let my heart rate return to normal!

i took it to pieces and give it a good cleaning etc and service ready to ride apart from the left hand switches we took it apart to try and stop it sticking and are having trouble getting it back together again hahah x

Have made a start on the new SP400 project. Got it running and sounds like the engine is sound with no need for a strip down yet. Only just got hearing back after 4 hours, a big thumper running without an exhaust is loud, haha.
Pictures are on my profile for anyone interested in seeing it.

went off on speedfour 600 to lower lode inn,forthampton for weds. night bike meet...loads of nice bikes and old friends ,will post a few pics when i get a chance..

tried fit of new nylon waterproof rolltop stuffa bag over tent,two mats,and a sleeping bag on Tiger 900 rack...get two for the panniers too,i think ..cheap but excellant quality
