i did mention this on the threads a few weeks ago but was told to add to calender ? im confussed now
im am as well,, does one add to the events box and hope for the best or go to forums , motorbike events and ride outs ect and let admin pick and choose which ones are placed on..............or do both ?
Well as myself and Ian are both events team and I would hope he would agree with this this, if its a regular meet or a meet you would like to get started that is not listed then fill in the add event page thats what its there for.
If you wish to start a thread before adding an event just to see if there is a good responce then do that but please make sure when asking for an event to be added you give ALL details inculding postcode
BJ thats what I have been saying ... it may be a venue ... but if peeps are meeting there then its an event
What I THINK may have happened from what was said at the start but I am not sure ...
Is that an venue was suggested for an event without a description being entered so there was nothing to say why ...
OR
No Category was selected ?
To be honest I dont feel it was made clear what had been missing from where in Sandies post
As another member of the events team I agree with what has been said ... if its a potential place for peeps to have a meet up & someone wants to say hey lets all go next week & see what happens & how many we can get there ... its an event !
