New Year's Day...Off out on Verity the Winter Mule to the VMCC meet at The Daneway,Sapperton,with a gorgeous lady on the pillion seat,Rosie 69..:)> Only a few miles the other side of Stroud,so we meandered home via the scenic route through the lanes around Frampton Mansell,and Chalford Valley,following the course of the long defunct Thames And Severn Canal,dodging showers along the way....coffee and a pint,some nice bikes and owners...:)>

Trip to Ipswich to see about getting seat customised on the cruiser, starting to rain on the way, hands like ice blocks by the time I got there, so, I went to Orwell Motorcycles to see about heated grips. Got absolutely soaked on the way back, but hey bring it on, its only rain, and skin is waterproof, just need warm hands.

Chilly Willy Run Northampton, very good turnout, 200ish bikes, nice bright day, but bloody cold, 235 mile round trip.

Ran out of fuel on the way to the petrol station, was outside a commercial vehicle workshop, so called in to see if they had a gallon of petrol I could have, They gave me a can said it had a couple of litre's in it, poured it into bike thought strange colour, turned out to be contaminated with diesel ffs. Grrrrrrrr
