Texting my daughter this morning asking her not to ride her scooter into work as she lives in Cornwall where the weather is awful, she phoned me and said she was safe but had to ride into work as its her only mode of transport but it was a very rough journey with the ferry being closed. When she got to work they said they didn't expect her in today but didn't send her home.
trying to put something on my foot so that i can take charlie for his hearing test....nothing fits,i will just have to hop!! even wiv bandage off the swellings still too big!!!! anyone near me wiv some size 10 wellies,they might fit!!!
Having a phone call from my daughter in Cornwall to say she is now back home safe and sound thanks to being allowed to finish work early because of the weather.

After two hours of surgery and a handful of nuts and bolts I was told the chances of my daughter getting full use of her arm and hand back after yesterdays accident is fairly good, another op to go but she's a fighter!
Really happy to hear that Scary, with you as her mum, she will have inherited all the fighting spirit within her and positive vibes to overcome this, I wish her all the very best in her recovery X

Robyn my daughter, saying she loved her mammy very much and gave me a big hug and kiss! Then went to sleep without any fuss!!
Dunno about smile, lol more like. I put the big lad in Rhys's little stable while i mucked him out cos it was pouring with rain, and he got himself wedged between the walls trying to turn round. Laugh, i nearly wet myself
Seeing that would have made me laugh too DC!! Bless the poor lad!! Hope you give him a treat after!!
I'm smiling today cos I've bumped into the fella I used to be a Driving Instructor with, and he wants me to join him again, so I'm happily considering doing the refresher course after a 5 year break after having Robyn.
