Thanks Si, my day just gets worse: more bad news of a friends' son involved in a car crash so my weekend plans are all up in the air, but as you say - it puts things in to perspective.

Life can be cruel to anyone at any time. Old saying is so true , life's not a dress rehearsal. When we hear of horrible things happening to others it makes us remember just how blessed we are to have loved ones in our lives and should make the most of every opportunity sent our way.

BR everyone is special in life ..everyone has something positive to offer the world...no one has the right to bring you down or make you feel that way...life is cruel...but life can also be great...it has its highs and lows..just need to weather the storms!!

assaulted in town alking back from carlisle a week ago friday, the found out local fellow biker had treebranch throw at him in road badly injured too i hope they catch those soon , my assailants are nabbed luckily got concussion and neck injury

It was on FB this morning from SKY and BBC News but cant find it now.

UPDATE 18/01/2014, 0925GMT: Police say they "strongly believe" body of a boy found in Fife is missing three-year-old Mikaeel Kular and have detained his mother. They have sealed off and are searching a house in Kirkcaldy, Fife
