hmmmm not really very good at all EMz............ i changed my internet provider to Mozilla Firefox... much much better then internet explorer duno if that might help a bit??
If the company has told you / telling you that they can provide a service quoted at a rate (bit rate downloading) in writing, but can't actually provide what they say, to me that says that they have 'mis-sold/mis-lead' you a product/service and automatically broken their side of the contract.
You'll probably find in the 'small print' somewhere it states that they have legally a time-frame in which to either correct, fix, or re-compensate you should they not be able to provide the service in which contract states. And since it's been going on since Nov, sounds to me that the time-limit is UP!
Emzed I had a similar problem with Virgin Media it went on for months. Worked for a week or so intermittently but then go down after endless call visits resulting in them replacing the router and changing almost everything that belonged to them, discount after discount I happened to get answered on day by a really switched on young lady who then told me the truth. The box I was connected to in the road was over subscribed and another box was to be allocated in the following 2 months. Obviously I was really pissed off but didnt have much of an option but to wait it out. I did and now everything is working fine with no problems. Ended up with 6 months free and free upgrade to 60gb though it rarely goes above 50 at peak. I just wish someone had been honest from the start. Good luck buddy
