It was the V-Max Colin.
I've done a few checks, the battery is a bit down on voltage, don't think its a dead cell cos voltage not that low to indicate that.
Have put it on charge so it gets me out of trouble for the next couple of days.
Luckily i live on a slope and where i work is close to a hill, so i can bump it if i need to.
Triumph not insured so can't use that at the mo.
