I have just got home after doing a quality visit at a Service Users home. This was the 1st time that I have met this lady and during our conversation she said, 'Trish, you are the best. Can I please cut and give you a rose from my garden' .

The friend of a friend who is a bike mechanic came round this morning and sorted out my clutch & brake levers. I've got really small hands and he took em off, took em away and did some jiggerpokery, bent em a bit and put em back, did some adjustments and they are now so much better. My slow speed clutch control improved instantly. And he wouldn't accept anything more than a cup of tea. I'm meeting the most amazing people at the moment
