Lol IG.... We went to introduce ourselves to a biker group in Northamptonshire.... Set off to follow them on a ride out and we lost them at the first island. Doh! Oh we'll, we had a pleasant and leisurely ride back home.

Just a ride to some but for me, well this is how T Bird makes me feel

"Sunny, yesterday my life was filled with rain.
Sunny, you smiled at me and really eased the pain.
Oh, the dark days are done and the bright days are here,
my sunny one shines so sincere.
Oh, Sunny one so true, I love you."

having some work done on the house so I have taken a couple of days of work, just see things go on OK. anyway changed the front indicators for smaller HD LED ones and refitted the rear two LED tail stop and turn clusters removed the centre stop and tail and fitted a blanking plate (cannot remember why I took them off, think it was just a test fit. but they are back on now) old photo of the light fitted, in my gallery , if anyone is interested. then find out its going to rain tomorrow so cannot have a ride out, not good. TC&RS all

I went on the Essex air ambulance charity run. It was a brilliant day in good company.
The weather was pretty good, with only a little rain on the way home. I feel that winter clothing is rapidly approaching

There were apparently 4000- 5000 rides involved

Attended a six hour London Bikesafe course today. The course is delivered by the Metro Police Bike Riders. Very informative, a few reminders of things I had forgotten over the years, new info, great videos and a four hour ride along over every road condition one might encounter. Would recommend this course to all riders; regardless of previous experience. Cost is £25:00 which includes Lunch. Course can be booked online under London Bikesafe.

My Granpapy used to say "It's a piss poor day, when a fella doesn't learn something"

Roger that sounds a great thing to do - do they offer any First Aid training during the day ? I ask cos thats what I instruct ......

I had a 'mechanical' look at my bike (difficult when you're not sure what you're doing but realise that something should be done !) and I saw that I am missing a rear foot peg - must've fallen off ! Is that random or does that sort of thing happen lots ? !!

Shopping for foot peg now instead of riding it !!!
