Laura Veirs - "Warp and Weft"

filled with tracks that easily find themselves among the best of her impressive catalog and manage to exceed expectations. Some help from kd lang and Neko Case, as well as the legendary Tucker Martine on production. Veirs describes it as "deep, dark, suffering and intense, compassionate love". And it really is.
