Had the same feeling for two weeks after leeds fest last year and the thing that sorted me was printing several ahem rather good pics out and putting them up on my walls!
And yes i do say hello jared EVERY morning and bloody giggle! And then get dressed and say hello to dexter and noodles at the top of my stairs.... When i'm going up the stairs to bed i see all my bike posters and all the crap of the day just dissipates and i grin my head off!!
Failing that i hear dart boards complete with suitable picture pinned to it helps....
