After today's 50's event been tucking into some Billy Fury and the like. My brother who is 10 years older than me used to play him constantly on a Sunday morning on a Danasette record player.
BBC 2 again Jamie Cullum presents one of the stand out concerts at this years Cheltenham Jazz Festival as Madeleine Peyroux and her band take to the stage at The Big Top. She has music from her new album The Blue Room and classics from earlier releases as she breathes new life into some of the great music of Leonard Cohen, Buddy Holly, W.C.Handy and Ray Charles in a classic set that fuses jazz, folk and blues. 2 blissful hours
