Went to work and back, then got my Daughter all kitted up in her bike gear and her first Pilliy ride around my estate, well about 5 or 6 gose around. She loved it :)
Also adjusted my Chain at work lol.
Set off to explore a road over the Yorkshire Dales I've been eyeing up for a while. Interesting, had to get on and off to open and close 8, yes 8, farm gates across the 'road', which came complete with a strip of grass a foot wide down its centre and more craters than than a teen aged acne sufferers face covering the rest of it. And I swallowed a large fly. Amazing views from up there though!
I was told about this cafe at Shooters Hill woods.
So today I went to check it out and it is a fantastic place. You can see approx. 20 miles into Kent.
I am told that bikers use it on Sundays, but it seems a good place to visit anytime.

Took my Tiger for a nice little 40 mile ride after I finished work after changing the reg/rec and alternator and fixing the fan and she purred like the big lime green kitten she is.
I took a blast down to Kent and took in a few few biker cafes. Back to Oxeasly wood for a lie down in the shade while taking in the view of north Kent from afar. It was a very chilled day, also very hot.
First venture southwards on M6 /M61 and first visit to Rivington Barn riding my own bike.....the scariest bit was finding a parking space at the Barn!
Bumped into loads of people and it was fab. Gorgeous relaxed pootle back home via Clitheroe, Settle & Devils Bridge. 138 miles. Orfski to beddy cos I'm pooped
We done plenty on the bike today, put the rear wheel back in after freeing off the caliper, cleaned and polished it too... Anyone wanna buy a Rieju MTX50 PRO,this is the one with USD forks, alloy swing arm,Galfor wavey discs,Billet radial front brake,an its still a moped! Kids today are so lucky to have machinery like this to ride at 16. Beautifully made bike and just a year old with another yrs warranty to run.Goes really well for a 50 and looks the dogs danglies.
stayed wheels side up ........despite the best efforts of a taxi driver.
apparently didn't see me, my head check, the bike or the indicator........however, he definately saw the extremely rude sign I made though
I am now multi talented Jen.......lol I can ride, swear and make rude signs at people all the same time.....learning to ride has opened a whole new world up
I think Ingleborough & Ribblehead Viaduct from the Hawes to Ingleton road, in the evening sunshine 2 hours ago may well be one of the all time beautiful & sublime sights on this planet.....well, IMHO
