To them all Hull , you did dammned good What made me sad ... finding some more ironing that had run away when I was sorting stuff yesterday. ***wondering if I can claim another back rub tonight if I get it done before Mr_P gets home?*** And realising that I am back in work tomorrow after 5 days off

The M25 was shut between junctions 12 and 14, the Highways Agency's website said. The fire brigade ordered the road to be closed in both directions from just after midday following a gas leak at a hotel in Egham, Surrey. Slip roads onto the motorway have also been shut. Traffic travelling clockwise was being diverted down the M3 at junction 12. A Highways Agency spokesman said: "The Fire Brigade has imposed an exclusion zone around the hotel and we're very much in their hands

Thanks Ruby, its one of 10 that Ian had done for me last October as a 40 & 1/2th birthday prezzie (I was 40 in the April) we had just got back off holiday so I had a lovely tan

Just read an article in the press about a chair I designed for a client (an ultra-low portable stool for midwives to sit on). Not only does it not mention me at all but it infers the chair was developed and designed by a university!

Just spoken with the client and she was very apologetic. Apparently press release was written by a PR company (who also got some of the technical details wrong, as I also pointed out to her). I said that if it gets investors interested in the chair then no harm done. She has already spent over £25k protecting the design and has now run out of money to bring the chair to manufacture. Might have to go on to the Rant thread about the solicitors who drained the money from her for patents though...

Sun is shining still havent been able to take Ruby out for her maiden ride out got no sitter for Hayley and Holly...Im chomping at the bit to have a go...did start her up and maneouvre her round the drive...I prefer to back a bike in...and Ive put her out of sight....shes having some fresh air at the moment...took cover off her...lol

Setting off without removing my disc lock!! Result; one bent disc and hanger (although the disc lock is absolutely fine!) Then having to ride all the way home from Newcastle with one caliper removed and tied up.

Hfg - are you sure! It all seemed too much of a co-inky-dink... RR - it was her money not mine. I just wish I had got involved in the project earlier before she wasted all her money on useless Design Protection. I got wise to patents/solicitirs many years ago...
