Nice one Rose! thats brilliant I think you will always be a little on the mad side, jus like me heheh Awwwww I can't beleive the support I've had on here, you lot are brilliant.. its jus a CBT that lotsa ppl have done but to me it was a huge step ..and something I've had my heart on achieving for ages.. I'm still grinning... ant bloody stopped yet !! hehehe

What made me smile? Going into work having a laugh with the boss and getting praise from him for doing some admin stuff right (first time I had ever done it and I had no help). It is great to get praise, my last boss never believed in it! Also having a great Sunday ride out to Wales and ordering a new chain for my baby today
