The thought of actually getting back out on my bike tomorrow and for a worthy cause. Just hope this time when I ride the Ryan's Ride I do it with out crying as my glasses kept misting up last time. I find it so moving, so many bikers taking the time to ride out like this for teenagers with cancer and to actually be part of the ride myself not pillion.
I'm spending the day in an Aston Martin Vantage tomorrow. Its made up for the fact that my fork seals have blown on the GPZ......otherwise I would have joined you CG....Very moving indeed.
Having a brilliant three days with my kids,Petervalk, Katydevil and hers, Tam, at Squires cafe -brilliant laughs, fun and general silliness, well, what more to expect lol !!!!
Getting my bike out for Ryans Ride and realising it didn't need cleaning but needed dusting.
Ghosty shame you didn't make it, I had a great time despite feeling really nervous before I started out, (even had rescue remedy) I can't believe how much my riding has come on since I did the ride last year. I am told there were over a thousand bikes in the ride, I was riding up near the front of the pack but when we were going along one of the roads with a good clear long view ahead I couldn't believe how many bikes where a head of me.
Lovely roads, good pace and very well organised, Well done Beau, also our very own Rollin Roger, and all those concerned.
Nice to meet you wheelienice, catch you again sometime no doubt. Sorry Kate and Vmax for not getting to speak to you I went in to the loo came back out and you were nowhere to be found.
Well most people don't spend half hour in the loo CG! lol
Glad you had a good time, and I'm happy that you think your ridings improved. Skill of any kind only comes with practice so keep getting out there!
