You've heard the expression 'broke the mould'?, I think when I was 'moulded' they forgot to make an opposite for me, I've yet to find one. Call me a romantic but I keep on hoping
Nursing cracked and bruised ribs after a sticky rear brake caused my rear wheel to skid on a wet dirty corner coming back from Braemar & Glenshee and threw me off.
Managed to get my bike back down off the grass bank I had mounted and rode the 20 miles home, albeit very gingerly and only using front brake (those Taiwanese build those Harleys strong!!).
Will be sleeping in a chair for the next few days.....
Good news is I can catch up with what has been happening on BM over the last few weeks!!
Ooooohh TC! was just gonna give u a hug.. but though i better not..
have a virtual one instead (((( hug )))) in a gentle way ..
Glad you're ok otherwise.
Take care!
Aw, cheers guys and gals!!
Thanks for the hug - Kaz *oof!!*
cw1066 - you could be right... (but I can't get enough of that exquisite pain!! )
Tangoman - have a real life 'younger babe' now so no need to browse any more.... (luckily, she wasn't riding pillion today!!)
Cat; maybe the pilly seat lock wasn't fully home? I seem to remember mine always needed a good shove before it clicked home. Sorry to hear your bike problems, mine was faultless apart from a random rear brake light switch.
TC!!!!!!!! was wondering where you been!!! there's been no-one on wave duty - 'specially since Arf seems to have been got by a shark whilst out the back!!!
Glad you ok though & as Kaz said - have a virtual tender hug
Caz - you been snogging someone from Mexico??
