Stopped off for petrol today and got chatting to the female cashier and she said she's taking her bike test next week. When I mentioned that I'd passed mine 30 odd years ago she explained her's had to wait coz she'd had 6 kids and her daughters all hated bikes but now they're all grown she's decided to hell with what they think & she's going for it, good on yer girl!
smile today??? finally getting my computer cleansed of gonzo's files and site so i can use the spare capacity to store more music....at bloody last...she's not lived here since bloody october...
I didn't smile so much as grin from ear to ear when taking delivery of my poor written off ZZR that I'd just bought back from the insurance company for £101. As she was wheeled off the van, I noticed the key still in the ignition. I opened the choke up, turned the key and within seconds she fired up!!!!!
She is no longer going for scrap - I' going to get her back on the road and get rid of my other ZZR.
An offer this morning of an even better job than last one I was in (and current one too) maybe get off these night shifts soon!!! Hooray! life is good!
Awww cheers Emz, lets hope this is the right move this time and works out better, whatever happens it has given me summat to smile at today and for a while
