When you submit them they have to be approved by Sandi who isn't available at the moment but I can approve for you in her absence.
BUT... you MUST fill in all the boxes when adding to the calendar, ESPECIALLY the postcode or the system can't accept it (everything is tied to a postcode in the database which makes it searchable).
General "venues" aren't to be posted into the calendar, only an actual event (either being held by the venue or organised by BM members... like a BBQ at a pub is fine, but just putting a pub into the calendar randomly for every night of the week isnt).
Rallies are of course always accepted
