Not sure if I am being a ninny but could not find a forum thread for this July event - so I made this one 😁 this will be my first biking event post- retirement so celebrations will be in order. To match my retirement status I have also splashed out on a glamping tent instead of carrying my gear! Neil (Steve H’s bro-in-law) is meeting me at Woodall services on the M1 on Thursday and possibly meeting Stokeypanman at Leicester Forrest services for a nice ride to Wiltshire along the Fosse Way. OK hi Susi, I won't be travelling down from Lincoln so wont be able to meet you at Leicester. Secondly the Calne Bike Meet is on Saturday 26th May so might involve tea and cake at the church like last year (it's the only reason I'm going as well as seeing you Susi. 😁
Susi it seems that Glyn is not the one who will be into mischief but we have nominated Frank to be the responsibly person so there should be nothing to worry about.
Hi Phil, no they have 2 large camping fields and a glamping field and a big toilet/shower block. If you check out their website as per the official event you can get the phone number for booking and more info.
