I am with you on that Jinx, I heard it all on the radio while driving at work today but nothing prepared me for when I see the footage on the TV when I got home

I didn't realise it rained in France . Never saw a drop in 10 days, there was a rumble of thunder for a couple of mins but no sign of falling wet stuff

Unhappy today; very early rising on the last day of holiday , due to a last minute hospital appointment, which has been a long time coming . Fingers crossed it's good news

Arriving at Whitby today to find that the car parks are charging motorbikes the same as cars. £2 for one hour, £3 for two hours and so on.
We were at the Whistlestop carpark, but couldn't squeeze on to the tiny part belonging to the cafe ( which is free). The rest is chargeable - and Traffic wardened! Not impressed.
