It's harder to fix than you think, because the data is stored separately from the normal profile photos. It's a lot of work to fix this issue, so it's on the back-burner for now.
Nope, it's on the bottom of the to-do list for the new website. First go to get the major sections designed, pages like the profiles and ability to edit your profile. When they're all done I'll move onto smaller pages/issues/fixed like this.
Got a LONG way to go though before I'm there. Don't expect it before end of year, sorry.
