Saturday June 27th and Sunday June 28th

Wasn't sure where to put this as probably worth a ride out from where you are:

Still being finalized apparently, nicely timed with my weekend off.

Was sitting at the bottom of the grass mound just by where you got tea and biscuits.
I would be the one with the tomatoe face. Bloody warm wasn't it ?

I was up at the circuit entry we watched
her coming in from the west over the top of us. When she came back round and
went into a steep climb the sound was great. It will be a sad day
when this great aircraft is grounded.

I lived about a mile away from Woodford growing up and still. only live a couple of miles from there now. The roads round Bramhall and Woodford were "chocca" yesterday so, I walked down a track nearby, into the fields. There were people parked up, all over the place. Caught a lovely view of her as she did a pass over the Woodford site and then banked round again, over Poynton area. Sadly didn't get to hear her as we would've liked but, amazing to see the sentiment that this awesome plane arouses in people. It WILL be very sad when we can't experience her any longer but, aren't we privileged?

That's a philosophical way of looking at it Clarkee but yeah you're so right we are.
