I'm only going to manage pop-ins that weekend, XK (too many family birthdays!!) Do I need to get a ticket ?? Can I pay at the door if I'm free for a boogy session???

Sorry, entry by pre-booked ticket only.
This is a private event, otherwise the insurance would be sky-high.

@Alice, surely you must know the worldwide secret entry code... Tap on the door and say 'Sid sent me' ... entry guaranteed!

There has been an increase in thieving from tents , so be warned!
let's see. We can't have campfires by the tent. We can't have bbqs by the tent . We can't cook by the tent. We have to eat and drink in Squires.
Whilst our tents get robbed.
Yay , fun weekend.

You don't have to come Dustin ......

Dustin we have sole use of the field and there will always be someone on the gate so if they don't have a ticket they don't get in.
Better security than camping in public fields and leaving tents unnatended while on a rideout

There will be security checking wristbands at the field entrance.
But of course scumbags can cut their way through a back hedge.
So don't leave phones, wallets, purses etc unattended in your tent.

Squires are letting us use their camping field and facilities for free, on the understanding that we patronise their establishment. A small amount of cooking is ok, but please play fair. I hope to run a tea bar on the Sat & Sun mornings. And you can always eat offsite if you so wish.

I am doing my best to ensure that this will be a fun weekend, in the sure and certain knowledge that not everyone will be entirely pleased.

@ Guzzilady. I'm a bit disappointed by your response GL.
I was looking for a bit of reassurance on the 'thieving'front BUT as you pointed out . I have been warned and I. don't have to go . The implication being that if I do get my bike gear etc stolen . Then it's my own fault ....

Thank you for 'volunteering' to be a security guard, Dusty.
Please bring some barbed wire and an alsatian.

Security will be active on site, anyone caught thieving in a field full of bikers shouldn't get too upset if they're dealt with biker style.
That is all!

@Dustin666 if you had a more positive attitude to people and events and not always, it seems to me, trying to put them down maybe I would have a more positive and friendly attitude towards you.

All offers of help greatly appreciated.
An hour here or there gives the 'main' people a break.
I could do with some peeps with a 1st Aid Certificate, just in case.

XK - I don't know what I can do but I'll be happy to help.
Prob not that good at security - although I could sit on them and shout loudly for help.... LOL
Just let me know what you need - I promise not to bring any frog legs or snails with me..... although in your case I might make an exception... Jx
