so this week was rewarded for my being good by getting another 1lb off so thats 25lb up to now woohooo skinny here i come lol

well that was a very good week another 1.5lb off all in all 26.5lb and ive gone through another stone barrier next week need 1.5lb to get my 2st award wooohooo

well am off to my weigh in again today but have not had a good week very stressed with the decree absolute situation so could be a maintain or even a small gain we shall see
