That I can't do it all on my own.. I do actually need to send out a wee cry for help now and again...

Ringing Occupational Health tomorrow.. I can't physically care for an 87 year old on my own in a flat designed for a more sprightly individual.. 45 minutes it took to get him off the settee.. ~ Don't even know why I thought I could.. so now I'm being a big girl and asking for a little help and a back massage!

So what did I learn.. I learnt that I am in Desperate Need of a Back Massage.. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

And also that my spelling is atrocious when tired!

And that I care not a jot.. I could go back and re edit all my posts but seriously.. there is more to life and if I am to be judged on something it may as well be my spelling and not my riding
