Was up on the North York Moors yesterday and came across a signpost for a place called Fryup honestly!..... and As I'd just had one, it seemed rather appropriate.
In addition to that, in the East riding of Yorkshire is a place called Land Of Nod.

I bet there's loads of places out there with names just as odd..............?????

Jinx - Boggle Hole is just a bay leading onto the beach at Robin Hoods Bay near Whitby. The only accommodation there now is
a converted mill which is now a hostel for hikers etc. Lovely place though - thanks for that Jen!

Just loving all these other names and I bet there are many more - am I right in thinking that just like Lawnmowers 'Piddles', there are the 'Wallops'?
