Superb ride out to Scarborough & then Whitby with Em, the Duke, Suzi, Cavy, Mike n' Streaky Glorious, Glorious weather! And knowing I can have a lie in tomorrow! Now that's my kinda day

Picking up my new bike and riding it home from Warrington yesterday still beaming. And thanks to my friend Sweeney Todd for helping me out and giving me a lift up there
sunday evening before work,fitting new tube into tiger back wheel,just like shoeing shire horses,once done never forgotten.lost count how many times i've done this down the years;one reason i got called jinx in the first place!hahahahahahahaha
Some quality time today, home-cooked food for 5 on the table and 5 clean plates followed by reward ice cream from McD and hopefully a pleasant evening in store
FinAlly fighting off depression. Did some more s Cleaning today at the new house. Still feel battered and bruised fro Last weeks spill. Ribs and knee still hurt A lot . Hope to be back in the land of the living in a few months .
Glad to hear you starting to get over your depression RR. People who have never had it may underestimate how cripplingly horrible it can be. As for the ribs and knee, they will get better too !
