Another productive day in the garden, finding things i really want on Freecycle, and a phone call to say a mate has finished work early so we're off out for a blast!! Cant beat the Welsh Marches in the sun!!
jp - the shoulder is the most complex joint in the body and involves an awful lot of muscle usage as well as bone. Have you thought of seeing an Osteopath?? I did after I came off my bike, and even though it took a while, I was able to get back to full riding speed, after months of not being able to do any more than 35 mph - not a good look on a CBR!!!! Why.. because right up until Ellie was four she believed that she was "extra special" because mamma had hand picked her from the Zoo.. shaved off all her fur and covered her in buttermilk... ~ She lost another baby tooth last night.. only two to go.. soooooo this brought back happy memories of giggles and lush when she was smaller... eyes getting misty.. going now....
Aaah - the innocence of childhood...the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny, Father Christmas, Angels, God...
