I know I shouldn't laugh at other peoples misfortunes, but today I am making an exception. Everyone's heard tales of neighbours from hell, well folks I suffered them in my small street for five years, it got so bad with constant attacks on property, verbal abuse and threats I had to install CCTV. They finally moved out in April this year, cue much celebration in the street, it turned out they had failed to keep up the payments on the mortgage and the bank evicted them. The house was put on the market for £58,500 , I've just found out from the property developer who's bought it that he paid £40,000!!!! Now here's the punch line the idiots paid £70,000 for it, meaning they still owe the bank £30,000!!!! Oh how I laughed . You see that's the thing with karma, it's a bitch, so remember be nice or karma's going to get you
Woohoo what a weekend, big big infact huge smile and soooooooo happy.........Nec bike show, awesome, BM xmas party, awesome,,drive this morning from solihull to Aberystwyth fooking fabulous, what a fantastic road the A44, glorious sunny day, fab views, but the road is to die for, shame i wasnt on Flossy but, little civic vtec flew, a few great bends that needed a few tweeks on the handbrake to get round, but what an awesome time i had!!!!! Jeremy Clarkson you aint got nothing on the Wenders xxx Must go back on Floss, nice little bike cafe near Leominster, Dom's, a fookin excellent adventure!!!!!!!

The look on FG's face when she realised that she could actually go for a cruiser style bike at the NEC today (admittedly one of them was the Ducati Diavel but she was more surprised that she liked the way she felt on the Kawasaki VN ) also she really quite liked the BMW K1300S
Meeting Margaret (Minnie the Minx)... a bright star and lovely lady. Said she couldn't hack it before she went out last night, as not feeling well but ended up being last gal standing... and even managed NEC today before her long drive home. Kindred spirit me thinks ... good on you gal !!!!
