If i've upset anyone then for that i apologise wholeheartedly.
is that a word? I do sometimes say things that i know will get someone to bite. Always done in good humour. never with malice. If nothing else its warmed up me keyboard. Hugs to all.
Heeyah, I collect the new bodywork for my crashed bike tomorrow morning first thing, all brand new fairings going on it. Miraculously, the insurance company cheque cleared at about 10pm tonight, so I can pay for everything. I have to drive to Surrey to pick them up, but the discount I got was worth the drive.

Ive made progress with my voluntary work/training [ problem drug users+alcoholics] which made me smile today.Ive got to do an NVQ which I will be sponsered for,and have been asked to attend a conferance involving service users/carers-[expenses paid hee hee].The allotment is up and running [occupational therapy] and im involved in other projects-so ive burnt my bridges career wise and its heading in the right direction.

Having fab fun caring children, who don't stop laughing when there all together, even if they are taking the mickey out of me half the time. Just the tonic I was in need of this week.
Coming back from the hospital today and finding my daughter and her partner had striped the wallpaper of my hall and landing, I only mentioned I was thinking of doing it and there it was done.
Glad to see everythings going well for you Iggy, you told me about your plans ages ago and its lovely to see they are coming to fruition, well done and big pat on the back

On thread - I will tell you what made me smile today ....
Shooting my mate's polystyrene remote controlled helicopter out of the sky with a rubber band - that made me happy.
Partly because it was very funny (and a flipping good shot) and partly (and secretly) because I broke my polystyrene remote controlled helicopter and now it doesn't work.

I am happy today, to see my gorgeous girl reach 3 ! (or 12!!!), doesnt seem like two mins ago I was holding a 4lb scrap ....
