XK, sounds like time to pull the HT leads off the plugs and give the inside of the cap a squirt of WD-40, Id also give the LT leads at the back of the coils a spray too. My old 1100 used to reguarly run on one cylinder when caught in the rain.
And as for the Lamb I would like to say on the record the following:
My trousers fell down officer and caused me to fall unnaturaly close to the hind quarters of that poor little, admittedly now traumatized, lamb. The nearby candlelit dinner for two and Barry White playing on a portable cd player were nothing to do with it.
Oh and one last thing.....shes not an "animal" her names Janine.

Going to see La Princess (aka Ipsy Wipsy Spider) in Liverpool last night and discovering that I'd left the sodding memory card out of the camera, so had to use the mobile phone. For those who don't know what i'm on about, http://www.lamachine.co.uk/index.php/gallery/P40/
Just heard that a lovely young lad my daughter knows was getting upset because all his mates had girlfriends and he didn't, he looks small and young for his age (19) and last night went home in tears because he felt left out of the group ,on the way home a group of coloured guys beat him up for no reason, he was just an easy target.I feel so sad for him and worry at the mentality of some people on the streets. I could cry... in fact I think I will in a minute, I wish I could take away his pain!! :-(
know how yu feel my son was set upon by yobbo's once after some girl was friendly to him she suddenly changed once outside an a load of twats who were with her in the pub jus set about him the whites of his eyes were completely red for weeks after they smashed his head against a wall so lucky there was no real lastin damage!! it can be a orrible world sometimes, orrible!!
always bin a shit world sometimes, look at history all we can do is hope nothin happens to us an our's,i feel sure theres always someone who cares as in my son his mates are really great an its a pleusure to be with themin Bristol sometimes theres no malice with them an they treat an old bugger like me as an equal,as always its always a few who fk it up for the majority!
i firmly believe the blame lies with successive governments NEVER have they tried to tackle the problem with any real teeth..ASBO,S/CURFEWS/TAGGING..etc..etc..laughable..BOOT CAMPS thats the answer staffed by ex Paras..then again maybe not that would probably infringe on their rights to do one thing or another as laid out in the manifesto of the Do Gooder Brigade (s,pose we could stick them in boot camps as well)
there is no answer any gvt can come up with it lies with parents and the social scene they are brought up with it takes a war or some huge disaster to bond people together in a common cause, after the war people bonded for a while as ex army my dad would confidently tackle yobbish behaviour[i saw him thump yob's some my mate's!] on our estate confident someone would back him up [ex service as well!]people wanted a new order an worked for it!!we have none of that now its all for oneself!human rights made possible by greedy lawyer's an the sue society !lawyer's profitin again!most people are law abidin how we tackle the few i dunno! in victorian times corporal punishment didnt deter the hardened core as school punishment record book's show !!maybe it detered a few !would it work now!!lyes iyt would deter the faint hearted thinkin of doin wrong but the lawyer's wouldnt allow it !!we need a dictator!!
I agree there Tango, I was brought up to respect my elders, the police and anyone in authority. I fink I turned out alright considering what I've seen.
Sorry to hear all your woes, all you people who have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
On a lighter note I was P...ed off when I got text from my daughter sayng not to worry but a few mates had crashed at my house for the night. This was at 4.15am woke me up at work on second day having a kip! I work 2 x 24 hours shifts sleeping in, came home to find all sorts of people in house .Relief it was all tidy and nothing broken. But icing on cake was next doors neighbours cat had peeeeeeeeeeeeed on my new living room carpet.Well thats the story they are sticking with any.
BB get some vanish mousse for the carpet, its fab! on a slightly sadder note, big cbf shaped empty space in the garage poor old superdream sat there all on its lone some. battery has died on cbf, on the first bloody sunny day for months! GUTTED.
TDM,S been sat outside mine since June waiting for me & my bloody test...secret is Julie don,t keep forgetting to run her up a while(battery loves it)..then you,ll never miss those sunny day opportunities
