My friend Caroline is back on treatment for cancer and a lot stronger course, and my lovely friend Jan an absolute diamond in her 70's, has just been told she has cancer...two lovely ladies....always happy, always doing what they can for people.....crazy.
Can't cancer be just for the B4st4rds of this world?
My friend Yvette, who was diagnosed with cancer in December, died suddenly yesterday morning. She was only out shopping with her mum on Wednesday, so it was a mega shock. She was a lovely person too and died at 47 years old, so very sad.
I was gonna post about being saddened by all the slow cars/trucks on the roads today, but pales into insignificance to cancer and deaths... So sorry to hear and another poignant reminder to live each day...
Guy Martin had a bit of an 'off' over here at UGP, (catch it on youtube if interested) he was in the lead too, sadly he won't be competing in the rest of the races...
(-; I've fallen off a few times, more nervous about the gears than anything else but there's a guy at work, going to let me sit on his old Kawasaki 500 & practise gears next week (thumbs up)
