Lots of things made me smile today....new friends, best friends being incredibly kind.....and knowing my youngest daughter is about to spend some wonderful time with her elder sister who lives in Taiwan. Nearly cried though when she went through the departure gate
Oh and managing to get through the most horrendous weather and congestion around Heathrow and navigate my way home.
Still get on with my ex husband who lent me a gazebo to use at the yorkshire camping weekend.....oh, dear cos it had an undignified end & looked like a collapsed giraffe on sunday morning
Just braced myself to break the bad news but phew, ex is ok about it and says no probs & don't have to pay to replace it
Hospital, waiting for a scan, had to drink a jugful of awful tasting liquid . Magazine on the table was open at an Andrex toilet tissue ad, text read 'spend your pennies wisely'.
Just above the table, on the wall, was a picture of a SEA view. In the changing room there was another SEA view.
PML, someone at that hospital has a cruel sense of humour.
