So sad... RIP Wiggle Bum xxx Seeing her ID online always used to make me grin, even though I never got to know her. Thank you for letting us know Chrissie - it is appreciated and must've been a difficult thing for you to do.

Hi everyone. I'm Nick and Chrissie has just allowed me to see your posts and to reply. I've not known Ginnie long. The thing that struck me from our first meeting was her appetite for life. Totally independant, full-on fun loving and most certainly the life of any party. The morning she died, she was doing just that. living life to the absolute maximum in fun and laughter. The smile she gave me seconds before she died told me how happy she was. The pain of her passing will never leave me, but she knew very little about it. Thank you all for your kind words about such a beautiful fun loving woman. She will, as you say, be very sorely missed. I have spoken to her family. They are more than happy for any who knew her to attend her funeral, on their bikes. Chrissie will post details when they are known. Thank you again, and ride safely! Nick.

Bless you, Nick... By coincidence I had Wild Horses playing in the background as I read your words and I don't mind admitting I had a tear run down my cheek. I hope her funeral is as beautiful as her life so obviously was... TC

Well it seems a touch trivial after the above postings but what sounded like a tightspot on my chain has turned out to be a disintegrated inner roller.........bugger.

There's a fair bit more here and a chance to post a tribute: http://www.southwalesargus.co.uk/news/swanews/3554724.H...ath_woman/ It's just not fair, but then life (and death) can be like that. RIP

ITN - 29.07.2008 14:29 Pair kill man and film him dying © ITN 2008 Two young men have admitted killing a man and filming his death on a mobile phone. Anthony Rees, 40, was found dead at the flat he shared with his girlfriend Deborah Haskins in Glyncoch, Pontypridd, South Wales, in February. A post-mortem examination showed he died as a result of extensive facial injuries caused by repeated blows. David Bloomer, 18, who lived on the same street as Mr Rees, pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Cardiff Crown Court, but denied murder. His co-accused, 22-year-old Anthony Fitzgerald, admitted murdering Mr Rees. Peter Rouch QC, prosecuting, told the court Fitzgerald was the "instigator and the main participant" in the attack. Mr Rees's jaw was broken into three pieces and he suffered bleeding into his airways and lungs. Mobile phone photographs and films of Mr Rees were then taken as he lay dying, the prosecution say. The footage was later transferred onto another mobile. Police officers investigating an alleged theft carried out by Fitzgerald discovered Mr Rees's body after breaking into his home at 11.10pm on February 6. Fitzgerald was arrested the following day, and Bloomer was arrested on February 8. Fitzgerald, of Greenmeadow Close, Pontypridd, will be sentenced on Wednesday. Bloomer, of Grovers Close, Glyncoch, Pontypridd, will be sentenced on August 7. time to bring back a death penalty may not reduce crime but would at least remove these two from the gene pool!!an save the taxpayer's money keeping them in a life of relative comfort!

I totally agree with you TM, i dont think it will be long before vigilante groups will appear. The justice system in this country stinks. The goverment talk about safer stronger neighbourhoods, they havent got a clue.

Hi All ....its made me sick and very sad all week lol!!! Moving into my "dream" house in February thinking things were on the up and looking foward despite a few niggles with the heating system (which I knew was old!). Last weekend noticed a water leak in the bedroom, plumber confirmed need complete new heating system and electrics very dangerous. Now found out need total rewire as electrics condemned and shouldnt be used, lucky not to have been electrocuted so all in all £5-6000 of work to be done plus house have to be ripped apart to do it!!! Bang goes my first bike tour to the Scandinavian Days Hog Rally in a few weeks - partner now going on his own as I cant afford or justify a holiday now. Anyway if anyone wants to buy a ticket for the rally and ferry crossing - theres one going here now omg am I gonna have a few lean years after this little lot, although I guess I will be warm and have copious amounts of hot water (that is if I can afford the energy billslol!!!). But...............no one got hurt or killed and there is always someone worse off them yourself (I have to keep telling myself that now!!) Sandy x

Well with a new energy efficiant condenser boiler your bills should come down a bit Sandy! Make sure you get a few quotes and differant plumbers/electricians to look at it! Recommendations of friends and family is best! You have probably done all that but if it saves you money I hope it helped!

TM - I think I would like to see footage of those two in a locked room... with a few of that man's burly relatives.. make it pay per view and give the proceeds to the murdered victims family and they can choose to do what they want with the money...
