Be strong you old goiter, last thing you want is to puke on the surgeon during the op. He might slip and take arm off, not repair your shoulder. Best of luck today, hope it all goes well and you are able to ride again soon.
being stuck in pot for another month and poss another op to repair my thumb...the took the pin out and the joint popped out again. starting to think I will never get back on a bike if i dont do it very soon as nerves kicking in now when i think of the what ifs....

Was feeling miserable as still not consistent in my mod 1 training sometimes it's good sometimes it's not and then I read this trail and the real struggles people are having ! Intonet and JP hugs to you both . Hope you better very soonxx

feel like being pulled from one side to the other trying not to upset people but obviously not succeeding!!! just too much stress and to much worry and its now making me feel unwell life just sh**e
finding out a lovely lady i met through gbnp has been knocked off her bike while her daughter on back and both badly injured sending her all the best wishes possible and her daughter and hoping for a speedy recovery
Only to be expected JP, it is going to take time before it is going to sustain any kind of pressure put on it holding the bars for any length of time, no matter how steady you go. Keep following any physio instructions and it'll ease up eventually if not totally.
