The thought of my bike and my car insurance both being due in June . had me wondering what bank I could rob lol ..
However Trinety Lane (my current bike insurer) have come in with a quote lower than last year for full and comprehensive insurance cover, and an excess of only £250 in total, legal, personal cover the whole 9 yards and 15% less than last year.
Hastings Direct have pulled a real blinder for the car, again full cover,legal cover, courtesy car,windscreen, again all extras included AND protected my NCB with only a £100 total excess for 20% less than last year!
Some good news from my daughter. The girl who assaulted her has been charged by the police and she's seen a new doctor who actually listened to what she felt she needed rather than just increase her medication
Getting a message off a mate who invited us round for a slap up meal tonight to say that Beef Bourguignon is off the menu. Apparently they tried to marinade the meat lastnight with 3 different bottles of red wine, but non of the wine made it to the dish!!
That happens!!
Just have to suffer Steak & Chips instead!
