I don't, I bury my head and hope it'll all go away - but that doesn't solve anything!
When things come to a head I just have to break it down to small bits and do what I can, small achievements gives me a bit of encouragement to tackle more. My real stress buster is a garden bonfire, I find it very therapeutic and cleansing (if also smokey, lol).

Do you rate you immediate boss/manager as good at their job?
