Went for fish & chips. Lovely 160+ mile round trip to Anstruther in glorious winter sunshine, wondered no-one else was out - even the MotoGP on't telly didn't warrant stopping in, it can be seen on repeat buy we don't get many days like today. Fantastic!

Rode The Ring Of Red. Returned via Ryka's Café at Boxhill, really good day out with the gang from down here, just short of 200 mile round trip. Even the cold didn't spoil the day.

Me and Foxzy had a bimble around the Peak District and down into Matlock Bath for the obligatory warm tea ! Met loads of bikers drifting through from the Pheasant Puckers Rally - so was there about two hours nattering ! Thats the thing about bikers - we're a sociable lot ! Rode back home and gave Foxzy a soapy bath and rubbed her down and put her to bed. Snow on the way apparently - maybe not be riding out in that !

Wise choice Jood, avoid the snow!! Rode in it once and regretted it, painfully done the splits as I lowered bike to the ground!

Riding a smallish trial type bike with knobbly tyres is great in the snow, I wish I still had my garelli tiger cross moped, not too fast but never let me down in blizzard conditions one year.

I had a great ride today to Squires but am so fed up that I'm still no nearer to passing my test, and now the weather is beginning to change, I am wondering if I can go overseas to take my test and if so, will it count here in the UK? Does anyone know? I'm trying to google it, but can't find much info?
