One bloody cold 40 mile round trip to pick up my laptop charger, gave me a chance to admire the freshly gritted roads, a first for this winter

Took the Spyder on a fast but regrettably short ('bout 30 miles) run
down to the Dog & Bear in Lenham. Had a posh bacon sarnie and a pot of coffee and came home!

rode to work in lovely sunshine...cold for sure but still.... not even the angry grumpy drivers back on the roads after half term could ruin it.

After riding in windy conditions to Essex on Saturday, we decided to cross into Kent on Sunday for a tour of the biker cafe's. This involved the QE2 bridge at Dartford. I have used the bridge many times, but Sunday was the scariest ever. Gusting winds made the bike feel as if the front wheel was not on the road. Being two up made an extra sail for the wind to get hold of. I was glad to get back on ground level. Still had a brilliant day

Today was glorious and so me and Foxzy had a meander out down some lovely windy roads - up and down dales and into some valleys (say that with a Welsh accent !) - and it was one of those 'glad to be alive' days !
