I fully understand and appreciate why H/S is here in the workplace but it's gone from being a good, well-intended idea to an excuse for yet more bureaucracy just for bureaucracies sake!

getting woken up by dog barking and shouting at 2.30am this morning and looking out window to see the who lives at end of my cul de sac extend the lead on his pit bull to let it attack a labrador with an old man who walks down there every evening... i shouted at him to stop his dog attackign the labrador.... this continued up the path wiht me shouting and he then waited at top of path so his pit bull could attack the ohter dog Again...
i just hope the labrador is okay and i wonder how do i find serenity and peace with someone like that as a neighbour....
