It was yesterday, but only felt "up to it" today It was a sad end to a "perfect" weekend of nice weather And brilliant racing In excellent company To have my companion witness a horrific crash in the final race I do hope it has not left too much of a bad memory On what was otherwise a most enjoyable experience

Being forced to retaliate against someone I thought was a true friend because she was not just lying too me but lied to the police about me and now she will be in a world of trouble am banned from contacting her which makesatters worse . Being lied to I hate but being lied about is unforgivable

knowing the prat in a fiat 500 i narrowly missed at tescos is going to kill someone soon,knowing the eejit on a green zxr750? kwak that overtook a line of cars then me whilst the wrong side of double white lines,on a series of blind bends,ain't going to last long either,hope i don't know you buddy....i hate funerals.

Expecting a day out at the zoo with Sarah (W.M.F) and her children as a birthday surprise for her youngest and getting a phone call from her to say her father had passed away early this morning and she was having to rush over to support her mum. All very sudden and will be a huge shock to Sarah and the children.
ON a brighter note at least they spent all day Tuesday on the beach in the sun with Grandad and have that happy last day together to remember.
The helplessness to support her is numbing. What can anyone say or do that really helps....

was just in the middle of replying to pm,s last night and the house was thrown into darkness,we had a power cut, at 4am this morning i was woken by a terrible noise... the electric had come back on....the fridge alarm was going off and the telly had come back on along with all the lights.. not been back to sleep since....bit tired now.
