Me... upsetting the volvo driver in the lane at the side of me who insisted on moving over and cutting off the route for every biker that was filtering down the middle of the traffic... i just moved over to let em thru.... then when he was behind me after trying to cut me up, i insisted on doing 29.9 mph for quite some time (in a 30 limit). I just can't understand why he kept mouthin rude words to me at every set of lights I had to stop at
Volvo's might be indestructable but girlie bikers in corsa's can teach 'em a thing or two about respecting other road users...
Going to a friends 50th party last night and catching up with one of my best friends from my teenage years and discovering that his wife was the same girl he went out with then. How wonderful, plus lots of people coming up to me and saying hello who at first I didn't recognise but then realised they were old biker mates from the 70's, top stuff!!!!
I had one of those unsolicited phone calls, as per she talked so quickly it was difficult to work out who she was or what company she was with, anyway it was something to do with a survey about how satisified we are with our electricity supplier. I was on the phone a good ten mins when she said the survey was for people between 18 and 34, LOL she thought I was in that category. I know I sound younger but didn't realise it was that young.
When I asked how she got my home telephone number (cos it's ex-directory) she said it was a 'random' call. Which puzzles me cos she told me that if I didn't want her to call again she wouldn't. So HOW will she know what number NOT to call if she dialled at random?
