ohhh i dont worry about "best before" dates..... i woudl use them a year after if they were acceptable... its more the "use by" date that we are meant to be aware of .... and i ignore that too hahahaaaaaaaa.... im like my mum and i cannot abide waste of food or any such... i dont drink milk anymore coz i dont believe in cows being cruelly treated i use Soya milk now and its delicious actually .. but back to point!!! when i did drink milk i would use it until it smelt gone off which is fairly obvious and this was always well after the "use by" date... same with cheese and yogurts.. if it smells and tates ok.... dont waste it in my book....too much food gets thrown out coz peeps have ocd about it ridiculous
was that reply long enough?? (yeah thats my question!!)

No, but will be on the front line if my country/culture is threatened. Fighting in the streets with all Anglo Saxons to preserve our way of life or die trying.
Would anyone else stand shoulder to shoulder with others to preserve our way of life?
I think in many ways we do already just by carrying in our daily lives. As a nation we have our own quirks and customs that set us apart and we still 'fight' metaphorically speaking to keep then alive. As bikers we stand shoulder to shoulder at demos, this seems to be happening more and more each year. We also pitch up at rallies to carry out our 'ritual' showing off our prized posessions, dancing like idiots, quaffing alcohol, chatting to the wee small hours, singing round camp fires before sleeping where we fall. Now if that aint preserving our way of life what is?!
how long do you keep your thoughts to yourself when faced with a dilema of do i tell or not? ...
None, but still in touch with about 10 from primary school. in fact I was at my cousins 50th birthday party last night and there was five of them there.
Did you enjoy school?
Ooo, a few nice ones. French teacher, games teacher, maths teachers (two of) but suppose my favourite wasn't (as best as I remember) one that even taught me! She taught English and wore knitted trouser suits and had the most amazing big framed glasses and she has a very famous son - makes vacuum cleaners .
One year my daughter gave me a ball of string and a pack of mini bulldog clips for Christmas. It was spot on so maybe weirdest but totally appropriate. I was putting together a darkroom at the time.
Do you notice numbers? Like RB just went through 11111 posts tonight (congrats again RB), or watching your trip clocking up 12345, or 23456 etc, or going through #00000 or seeing taxi number 0001 and then looking for 0002? [No. I'm NOT a train spotter!]
