In my experience Alice, put everything in writing along the lines of wanting it noted that you'll sue the arses off them if she has a fall and so will the carers who are presently putting their backs out to help your frail mum because THEY actually care and want to do the best they can for her!!! GOD I could rant forever about bureaucracy and red-tape when it comes to helping people. Love to you and your mum x

What made me sad and unhappy today?....and also nearly gave me heart failure. Checking my online current bank account and seeing a fraudulant payment for £520 taken out!!! Some sh*te using my card details Fortunately the company they ordered the stuff from smelled a rat & didn't dispatch the goods, so I'm getting it refunded...what a relief Can't say I'm very impressed with the response of the Halifax fraud department though
