my eldest daughter has been seriously ill in hospital for the last 9 days and very sadly passed away late last night .my wife and family are having a really hard time at the moment. hope to see you all again soon and wish every one a merry christmas and a happy new year. to anyone who has family or friends who are ill i wish you all a speedy recovery John

seeing my house be reduced further in price, down from a start price of around 420k to 250k in a year...an all the experts say house prices dropped just a few percent! more like 35% plus! Biggest issue is smaller properties suffering less than larger ones...
