oh me dinners burnt cause i too busy tryin to sort other shite grrr
having to postpone latest test ride. Really didnt feel like getting soaked through on the way there, 2 hours on an unfamiliar bike in the rain, then 4 hours in wet gear till i could get home again.

The physiotherapist telling me that since I damaged my ankle & broke my foot I have not been walking properly on it which is causing the 'loading' on my foot to be wrong .... which is leading to the start of a bunion and this is why I am in so much pain across the top of my foot
