I could do with a few sales Drob - I've had no boiler for nearly 4 weeks! It's great doing something you love 24/7, but it's bloomin' hard living without a salary when stuff conks out on you!
Oh it's some technical term WN... went right over my head... something along the lines of "it's fooked", I think?!

It's possibly just the pump (if I'm lucky)... But the kitty is empty, so even at trade prices and calling in a few favours, it's slightly out of the question to get it repaired for the time being...
Not a problem - I've been here before... I'm well practiced in filling the bathtub with pots/pans/kettles of water... and this time round I've managed to purloin a dirty great urn, so it's easy peasy! I'm practically living in the lap of luxury Couple of plug-in heaters (1's even got a timer on it - how cool is that? Waking up to a warm bedroom!) and plenty of layers - sorted!

Worth going round the rads again maybe? Sometimes you don't get it all first time. Well, I don't anyway. Plumbing/heating systems never was my strong suit And anything powered by electrickery is lucky to survive intact around me. My fence-building skills leave much to be desired.
i were gonna put that rk, n wannabe i aint any good at diy either, my curtain rail fell down(i put it up in the 1st place) and i tried putting it back up with double sided tape, and guess wot..........it fell down again, (it did stay up for day n a half tho) Its now nicely balanced between two chairs also I have 2 mirrors, waitin to be put up...for a year, with my track record for drilling things up i thought it wouldnt be a good idea for me to attempt to put them up
